1. All our products are handmade with love.
2. Please upload a PNG/ PDF/ JPEG file for pictures wherever personalisation is required.
3. If products are personalised, it could lead to minor scratches on the surface but that should not be considered as a defect.
4. Your orders will reach you in 2- 7 days after dispatch unless mentioned otherwise. Please refer to this link for details.
5.  Our designers will ensure your photos are designed in the most aesthetic way possible.
6. In case items are fragile or breakable, it will be bubble wrapped/ plastic wrapped/ sealed  so the aesthetic may be altered for  safety precaution. This is also applicable to products in hampers.
7. About Vinyl: A Vinyl Print is a sticker print done on products. It is done in a single colour. It is for short term duration but easier on the pocket.
8. About Printing: Printing on cloth is done through heat transfer with a single colour for customisation. Printing on hard surfaces are digitally printed.
9. About Engraving: Engraving is done by making a design into the product with a cutting tool. It is extremely long lasting.

Your order can take anywhere between 2- 7 working days to delivery (once the order is ready) unless mentioned otherwise. This is the shipping time calculated once the product is ready.

We ship Pan India & International. Shipping charges are as per actuals. Certain items cannot be shipped outside Mumbai

We do not refund. A replacement will be sent in case of damage and close evaluation. Please refer to our return policy.
